Mission Hills and Mission Park are separate housing developments with many similar characteristics. Both are located off of 168 th Street, Mission Hills to the east and Mission Park to the west with their northern boundaries along Q Street. Two stories and ranches, many with three car garages are the predominant styles, and construction starts range from the early 1990’s to today. Prices vary from $230,000 to $360,000 and reflect the home’s style, age, size and amenities.
